After the game I was too frustrated to update the blog. But Man Utd getting beaten has really helped. Many people are questioning the character of our team, but some are going too far. Yes, Diaby made a stupid decision, but for me, Barton shouldn't have been on the pitch for Diaby to react to. First, his tackle on Arshavin was worthy a yellow card and later his tackle on Diaby deserved no less; he should've been off. The turning point for me was Djourou being subbed for Squilaci. Then we really lost it. And Phil Dowd was every bit to blame for our defeat. I know that as a team we still shoud've done better but you cant understate the referee's influence on this game.
Lets hope that we get good news on Djourou and Song, because the thought of Denilson and Squillaci replacing them (against Barcelona) gives me nightmares! We cant give up so soon. Up the gunners!!
